Can I use a discount code in conjunction with the Black Friday promotion?

All coupon codes related to personal or corporate promotional discounts remain active even during the Black Friday offers days. Offers cannot be combined.

How many products can I buy?

No limitations! You can buy as many products as you want during Black Friday, as long as they are in stock.

Can I purchase Puro products if I live outside Europe?

Puro's online store sells products throughout Italy and Europe. However, unfortunately, countries such as Switzerland, the United Kingdom and some islands are not included in our coverage area.

The product I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

Normally, orders are processed within 1-2 days, but during Black Friday, it may take 3-5 days. We assure you that we will do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible.
