Are your shops closed?Yes, all shops where Puro products are distributed and sold will remain closed until 18 May inclusive,
based in the DPCM of 22 03 2020 signed by our President of the Council.
Can I make an online purchase?Of course! Placing an order online is very easy:
Search for the product you want through the search bar or browsing through the menu categories: be careful to select the product compatible with your device!
Choose what you like more and add it to the cart.
Fill in your shipping details and confirm your order.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Are the deliveries insured?We are sorry to inform you that, following the latest directives for the containment of the current health emergency, delivery times may be longer than expected.
Our logistics partner BARTOLINI foresees delays at the following postal codes:
00017, 02043, 04022, 11024, 40059, 64030, 64031, 64033, 64035, 65010, 65017, 83031, 83037, 84031, 84038, 86016, 86036, 87020, 87021, 89060, 90030, 91018 e 94011
(some withdrawal branches may have been closed) We invite you to check the situation of the selected branch for your delivery on the package monitoring system.
Can I request an express delivery?Unfortunately no, currently none of our couriers is able to offer an express delivery.
I have not received my order confirmation email, what can I do?Check that the order has been correctly entered and is present among your orders.
If you find the order, check if the e-mail address you made the purchase with is correct.
You can verify the email used by entering the Personal Area >Name, email and password
If it is correct, check in the SPAM/ UNWANTED folder or contact our Customer Service clicking on MY ORDERS >
How can I return the products?You can write to our customer service by clicking on: Return products
The returned product will be refunded or replaced.
The return request must be received within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order.
