Repairs
During the warranty period, 2 years from the date of purchase (6 months for the battery), the necessary interventions will be totally free. Once the warranty terms have expired, before carrying out the repair, any costs will be communicated to the customer for acceptance.

Read the instructions in the manual carefully before using the self-balancing electric scooter.
Do not use the scooter when prohibited by law.
Do not use the scooter when it can cause danger to the driver and neighboring people / things.
The product is guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase with receipt, or 1 year from the date of purchase with invoice. The guarantee is valid only if it is proven by the valid proof of purchase (tax receipt for the Consumer), which must be presented at the time of the request for intervention. The non-compliant product must be returned in the original packaging, complete with all accessories.
Battery warranty term: 6 months.
The warranty does not apply in the event of damage caused by neglect, use or installation not in accordance with the instructions provided, tampering, changes to the product or serial number, damage due to accidental causes or negligence of the purchaser with particular reference to external parts.
Parts subject to wear following use are excluded from the guarantee: cables, connectors, external parts and plastic supports, which do not have manufacturing defects.
For technical assistance for the products under warranty, contact the Reseller where the product was purchased, who will carry out the preliminary verification of the defect and will send it to the service center.
