Strawberry Smoothie Formula: tasty flavor!

Strawberry Smoothie Formula


200 g pf òoght yogurt

400 g strawberries

Optional: 1/2 cup of milk

Facoltativo: 1 honey spoon


Necessary materials

Blender, knife, smoothie cups


Formula steps

1. Wash and cut the strawberrie, cut out leaves. VPut the light yogurt in the blender with fruits and then mix up together. Blend until you get the right consistency: smoothie must not contain fruit pieces.

2. Add some milk if the smoothie is too solid.

3.To sweteen the smoothie, add a little bit of honey or sugar.

4. Serve the smoothie in cups.


For a veggy version, you can use soy or almond milk and soy yogurt.
