Model instructions on withdrawal

- pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 4, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 -

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason, within 30 days.

The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the designated carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. It is specified that if the sales contract concerns multiple goods ordered by you in a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the designated carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform SBS S.p.A., with registered office in Italy, 28010 Miasino (NO), Via Circonvallazione s/n (tel. +39-0322-980909 - fax +39-0322-980910 - e-mail address info@sbsmobile.it) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such reimbursements will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with SBS S.p.A.; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

For the return of products purchased online on our website, please contact couriers appointed by SBS S.p.A. (all information is contained in the return form available on the SBS website). The methods and timing for returning the products to SBS S.p.A., Via Circonvallazione s/n, 28010 Miasino (NO), Italy, must be agreed by you directly with SBS S.p.A. In any event, you are requested to return the goods without undue delay and within 30 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

Please note that if you use a courier appointed by SBS, the transport costs for returning the products will be borne exclusively by us. If you do not use a courier appointed by SBS (while remaining free to use other couriers), you will instead bear both the burden of proof of the return of the products and the costs relating to the return. Please note that, in this latter case, SBS S.p.A. may withhold reimbursement of the sums received until the goods are received.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
